Looks like a 1976 Ford Torino hood to me. One of a kind!

This roadside show is off the Old Glenn Highway known as the Butte.

I've got to go back to this place. I could spend hours there taking pics and talking with the old proprieter. This carnival ride works. Just isn't motor driven anymore. It is "People driven." he said.

One of the guides took this picture today floating a drift boat down the Kasilof river. I've taken this trip before. No motors allowed. Quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife and King salmon!

Empty Nest

A little over a month ago this nest was active with 3 mature eagles guarding and feeding their young. Certainly a sign of spring now that they are gone.

Eagle Waves

At first I thought this bird might have been a Golden Eagle he was so big. A closer look showed an immature bald eagle about ready to take flight.
