A few questions
1-how old is that brat?
2-why would his parents allow that?
3-why does he need a cell phone?
4-why no hand grips on that bike?
5-what is the building in the bachground?

2-schools out and maybe he got good grades and they reawrded him with a new do
3-all the kids have cell phones these days
4-you are right, he should have hand grips on that bike in case he crashes and gets poked.
5-that is the Keystone Hotel, built during the 1989 oil spill, which sits empty all winter and opens in the summer.
