Off to Cold Bay to cook at a hunting lodge for the next couple of months. This is a great opportunity for me to sock away some cash for the winter. I will blog when I can, but in the meantime, keep an eye on the Gig Harbor Scene for great pictures and daily new postings.

Hey FishT! Good luck on the job in Cold Bay! Sock up that cash...tips to the chef are appreciated. I still have a can of your Salmon in the cupboard, can you come over and fix it up before you depart?
