Ginger Duck

I made this Ginger Duck one night in Cold Bay. I marinated the duck in soy sauce and fresh grated ginger for a couple of hours. It turned out yummy. I like the Ginger Duck at our local chinese restaurant and tried to duplicate it.
Just been taking it easy at home. I have a bad cold so I'm not swimming. As soon as I feel better I can't wait to get back in the pool!
We have snow already. Winter is here.
