Sockeye Salmon Coma

When the winter days get shorter and summer days are long gone is when sockeye salmon hits the spot more than ever.

This is just an easy fix fried in butter and smothered with onions.

With the leftovers I make Salmon Salad or whatever strikes my mood. Could be tacos, patties, quiche, lasagna, dip, chowder, mentai, California rolls, wraps or a good ol' sandwich.

High in omega-3 fatty acids salmon sure helps with the winter dundrums!
