Still doing the wild thing!


I managed, with help, to put up a few cases of freshpack Copper River Red salmon this year. It had been too many years and my home packed red supply was dwindling down to a few cans of hickory smoked. No freshpack at all and that is what I like best and use most. Freshpacked Copper River Red salmon makes for quick dips, pasta salad, patties, quiche or heated up in the microwave with fresh squeezed lemon. Where the hickory smoked is good just with crackers and beer. Great snack but we rarely make a meal out of it.
