At this time of year I like to dream about the Copper River Reds that are coming back this summer.

Never can have too many CRR's in the can.

Man, I remember helping you can and make labels...that was a lot of fun. Do you still have that cool old pressure-cooker? You make the best canned fish in the world.

I can't wait until this summer when we'll be eating salmon-kebabs right off the fire...Fred is going to learn how to eat fish from some serious fish fans..haha :D
