Lots of Rocks in the way

GCI cable guys have been running fiber optics through town. Down and under the main streets and ditchwitching back yards.


The spray painted red lines are underground electrical and the orange are phone and existing cable.

Soon all of Valdez will be connected to real time internet. The cable guys said it will take longer than expected. All the bedrock new town is built on is slowing them down.
