Old Road in the Fall
Some of you might remember when I posted pictures of the Old Richardson Hwy last summer from a trip back from Chitina. Coming back from Tangle Lakes last week I took the Old Road again and took these pictures. It was so pretty with the fall colors I had to share.

Ooohh how exciting, I love these pictures. You keep making me want to take that drive too. Any old abandon houses off that old abandon highway or neat places to camp off that road next summer? I could just go on and on with the questions, but I better stop. Welcome back home!
Thanks K! There is an old cabin up on the mountain to the right. I'm not sure what is going on with it...old Chester died a few years back.
There are some nice pullouts to the left on the Teikel River that would be great camping spots. Lots of firewood around if you bring a chainsaw.
